BEGINNER LEVEL

What is it?

The Beginner level is for upper elementary school (SD) students studying sentences and frequently used expression related to personal and family information, shopping, local area and school.

How long is it?

The level has 3 stages. One stage is 10 months.

What do students learn?

• understand texts on familiar topics like routines, everyday signs and short descriptions
• write short pieces of connected writing about themselves and topic familiar topics
• describe their experiences and background, immediate surroundings and topics they are familiar with like school, family and their city
